Please read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy carefully before using TDS Services.

Whenever you use the Services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree to all the terms and conditions you must not use our Services.

References to “TDS, “Tripledot,” “Us” or “We” means Tripledot Studios Limited and its Corporate Family.

TDS has its registered offices located at 201 Haverstock Hill, London, United Kingdom, NW3 4QG.

In all cases, “TDS,” “Us,” or “We” includes agents, consultants, employees, officers and directors.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Account means an account you create when you access the Services.
  • Community Rules means the rules of conduct that govern your interaction with our Services and other players.
  • Feature Terms means any other rules related to specific services like platforms and APIs, applications for mobile devices, forums, contests, subscriptions, or loyalty programs.
  • Offers means special programs, including offers, excursions, and special gifts, that TDS may offer to certain eligible players.
  • Services refers to products, games, services, content, tripledotstudios.com, and/or other domains provided by TDS.
  • Terms of Service or Terms means these terms of service.
  • User Content means all the data that you upload or transmit on or through the Service.
  • Virtual Items means virtual currency and virtual in-game items.
  • TDS Corporate Family refers to TDS’s subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other corporate entities.

2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our sites or within the Service. Changes are effective when posted.

3. ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND SECURITY

In order to use our Services, you may be required to create an Account and provide accurate personal information. You agree to maintain the security of your Account.

4. PRIVACY

TDS’s Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information and computer data. If you don’t agree with the Privacy Policy, you must stop using our Services.

5. USING OUR SERVICES

You may not use our Service if:

  • You cannot enter into a binding contract with TDS;
  • You are under 13 years of age;
  • You are a convicted sex offender;
  • You have previously been banned from using any TDS Service.

6. OWNERSHIP; LIMITED LICENSE

The Service is owned by TDS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the Service for non-commercial purposes.

7. MONITORING USE OF SERVICE AND USER CONTENT

We have the right to edit or remove any User Content at our discretion. We have no obligation to monitor User Content.

8. YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER PLAYERS

You are responsible for your interactions with other players. TDS is not liable for any disputes between players.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

You may use real-world money to obtain a limited license for Virtual Items. All sales are final.

10. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Some TDS games may offer subscription services, which will automatically renew each period.

11. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

We may offer limited-time promotions subject to additional rules.

12. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING

Our Services may feature advertisements from other companies. We are not responsible for their content.

13. COPYRIGHT NOTICES/COMPLAINTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to notices of alleged infringement.

14. FEEDBACK AND UNSOLICITED IDEAS

We cannot accept unsolicited ideas to avoid misunderstandings but appreciate your feedback on existing features.

15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

16. LIMITATIONS; WAIVERS OF LIABILITY

TDS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify TDS for any claims resulting from your use or misuse of the Service.

18. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of court.

19. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

21. ASSIGNMENT

We may assign our rights under these Terms without your consent.

22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TDS.

23. LANGUAGE OF THE TERMS

Translated versions of these Terms are for informational purposes only.

24. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later.

25. NOTICES

All notices to TDS must be sent in writing to our UK offices.

26. EQUITABLE REMEDIES

TDS may seek injunctive relief for breaches of these Terms.

27. FORCE MAJEURE

TDS is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
